When faced with asbestos abatement that is outside the codified regulations, 56 Services can design your abatement project with detailed and applicable specification documents and prepare site specific variances custom suited to a clients needs.

Being a true third party consultant, we prepare compliant variances that help get the abatement project completed as safely and efficiently as possible. We do not incorporate extra and often unnecessary work into our abatement plans because we are not an abatement company.

We work with the New York State Department of Labor’s Department of Safety and Health Engineering office on dozens of variances each year and have provided hundreds of site specific variances to clients and contractors.
