Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments

The Phase I & Phase II Environmental Assessments are both comprehensive and structured to be user friendly.  Data presented in the Environmental Assessments include site past use history and site investigation to address potential environmental concerns.  56 Services Inc. will also develop an environmental sampling plan designed to characterize the site to manage any contaminants of concern.  As part of this plan, 56 Services will develop budgetary numbers for use in project planning which will encompass execution of the sampling plan and potential offsite disposal. 56 Services environmental assessments have been commissioned by a wide client base for a variety of uses including property transactions, site construction and design.
